e2 Eat was established by Steven Dale and Graham Lee in 2005. Although we are a new company we are effectively combining over 18 years experience each, in restaurant development, dealing with all areas of M&E, project management, kitchen design and installation. We aim to deliver a service to the caterer, second to none.

We provide a personal service that covers all aspects of the project. Firstly and most importantly, we listen to your ideas and after taking the initial brief, we will advise on the practicalities of installing and operating your food preparation, cooking and serving facility. We have extensive experience in designing practical food service kitchen environments for a number of leading foodservice and restaurant chains and rolling the format out across multiple sites.
After sales support and training are an integral part of our service and we will ensure that upon handover, your staff familiar with equipment operation, cleaning and maintenance.
On all projects we produce a bespoke operation and maintenance manual.
